It is easy to learn, but difficult to apply!
This morning, we went to the National Gymnastic Team to observe and study, and this afternoon, Mr. Qu explained about the training prescription of physical rehabilitation. After observing the team’s training, I felt pressure more than ever. How do we apply the knowledge we have learned reasonably into practice? This is another long distance!
The different platforms a person stands on determine his vision. From 9:00 am to a little after noon, the athletes trained non-stop on the floor. They had high quality movements, high intensity, long duration, and those high on the pyramid were truly top-notch national treasure athletes!
Mr. Qu’s six-hour course was mostly spent in practice, and constant thinking and training practice made it interesting. Even after coming back to my room, I was still thinking about the movements, and wanted to continue to practice, which truly made me feel that practice makes perfect!
