Nearly at the End, the Correct Running Concept is Deeply Rooted!2014-04-14 19:39:50 From:Dr. Bob Chen's STaR Studio

At seven o’clock, on the evening of April 3rd, participating runners in the research of the mesopodium running event and running enthusiasts who heard about the news, gathered together according to the convention waiting for training to start.  Currently, technical teaching is basically completed, and the rest is up to the runners themselves to grasp the essentials and bring them into play when they run.

In today’s training, coach Mo used the method of providing guidance during running.  After plenty of preparatory warm-ups, the large group set off for their first 5 km.  At the beginning, Coach Mo led the group, and had the person following directly behind him observe his running posture.  A minute later, the observing runner sped up, and ran ahead of everyone; he adjusted and improved his running posture based on the techniques he had just then learned and observed, and at the same time, the coach gave timely and accurate guidance.  Afterwards, everyone mimicked and recycled the process, so that every runner could get targeted help.

The research of the mesopodium running event is nearly at the end and, coupled with the finishing of Zheng Zhou’s marathon event, the runners launched a heated discussion on the topic of the experience of mesopodium running techniques in actual marathon competition.  When some runners experienced physical overdraft in the second half of the marathon, they began to use the mesopodium running techniques, and were able to finish the competition smoothly.  They felt very light during running, and their bodies did not experience obvious physical pain.  Some runners alternately used the mesopodium running techniques and their own running methods during the event, and found that the mesopodium running techniques took less effort, and injuries were significantly reduced.
